In line with the strategic orientation of Beijing Municipal Government’s initiative for building the capital into a scientific and technological innovation center, BAICIRS aims to gather top-level leading professionals and teams from all over the world, and to make innovative contributions to the cutting-edge theories of intelligent robotics and yield internationally first-rate research achievements through integration of multiple disciplines encompassing the advanced theories and technologies of intelligent robots and systems, and thereby to promote the development of China’s new-generation robots and relevant emerging industries, to contribute to national security and major projects construction, and to grow up as the capital’s important base for “high-grade, precision and advanced” technological innovation and talents cultivation, leading the fundamental researches as well as the development of cutting-edge technologies in this field.
