On May 6, 2018, Nagoya University President Seiichi Matsuo led a delegation to BAICIRS. The guests were greeted by Prof. Fukuda, who is a CAS foreign member and serves as the Director of the academic committee of BAICIRS, and BAICIRS Deputy Director Du Ning.

Prof. Fukuda welcomed the guests and expressed expectation for cooperation between Nagoya University and BAICIRS in the field of robotics. Prof. Shi Qing of BAICIRS introduced the overall development of BAICIRS. President Seiichi Matsuo thanked the hospitality of BAICIRS and made a brief introduction about the research directions of Nagoya University.

After the meeting, the guest took a tour in the exhibition hall of BAICIRS.
